"Refund took way too long"
My return was accepted, but the refund just seemed to sit in limbo forever. Every time I reached out, I got bounced around or given a vague answer, and nobody really took ownership of fixing it. Frustrating for something that should’ve been straightforward

I kind of went with my usual shortcut here: if the price feels fair and the quality doesn’t annoy me, I’m happy. That’s pretty much what this was. It’s not perfect, but for what I paid, I feel like I got my money’s worth.

I tried ordering from bydeluxe.com and it was kind of a pain. The website felt confusing, and checkout seemed a bit buggy like things weren’t loading right. It took way longer than it should have, and after I paid I didn’t really get clear info about what was happening next. Just an annoying experiance overall, I probably wouldn’t use it again

My order did get to me, so I’ll give them that, but the tracking barely updated and it arrived later than I expected. It wasn’t a disaster or anything. BUT wow, I really wish the shipping felt a little more dependable.

I was let down by this. The material felt cheap right away, and the stitching was messy in a few spots. Not great. After only a short time, it already wasn’t holding up like I expected. For the price, I thought it would be much better. Wouldn’t buy it again.
